Terrible service

Aside from the fact that there are so many useless channels and all they do is repeat stuff... When you do decide to cancel all you have is endless issues, After phoning to cancel in October last year to still being debited the month after to receiving non stop smses about amounts owing to Multichoice phoning hounding you 4 months later (saying you need to send proof) despite all the emails sent to dstv about the cancellation and to stop sending smses when you don't even have or use their services anymore. They are painful
