I don’t know how many times I tried to reach out to DStv on this platform to fix my account and each and every time I get a response that my account is overdue. I tried to reactive my service via the MyDstv app the one decoder was activated and when I proceeded to the next decoder it requested that I make payment. However as I pressed the payment button I got a message to pay the normal premium plus an outstanding balance. I failed to do so as I did not have DStv service for about 3 months because my services got disconnected. DStv is a cash business you don’t comply they deactivate your service. Today I got the above message to pay DStv can someone call me to discuss this account because I am not paying for a serviceI never had
