Terrible service

I bought a DStv set on the 20th of Jan 2022 and even today it's still not installed on the 30th of Jan 2020 the installer called me and **** to me about coming to install my DStv till this day I haven't seen him and somewhere last week I called them and was promised that it will be connected the following day but it's still not connected.I even have thoughts of returning it as this will be the second time am paying my full previous with the old dish still not working since it's a struggle for the new one to be installed
