Terrible service

Got the worse service from DSTV, I have monthly debit order but they decided to suspend my service , when I call every consultant tells me something different, first they tell me that they have a problem and they are fixing it, when I call again they ask for proof of debit, , when I call again they want my bank statement … no wonder everyone is cancelling their services , it’s time me to do the same .
