Terrible service

I have been sending them emails wanting to cancel my dstv insurance and even now haven't got any respond to them.automated responses said they will get back to me within 48 hours but even today no respond. Yesterday made a call and the lady said they will swnd an email to insurance right away and i will get an sms or email even now still nothing. I am very much fed up with their service. They offer bad services as it is not the 1st time receiving such a terrible service. I really don't what to do or how to get hold of them
