Terrible service
I have been trying for a month now to get my decoder installed, a service I was promised was part of the package I agreed to, which I now regret. Every day I call the call centre, every day I am told a different story and told that my call is escalated and an installer will contact me and a month later the decoder still sits on my dining room table. And I sincerely hope that this will not be going off on the 15th as a debit order as I refuse to pay for something I’m not using. Terrible service.

14 Oct 2022, 11:43It has been a week and still no one has contact me, i have called your call centre every day and spoke to many different people, all promising to call back or get someone to help with installation and nothing has been done.
