Terrible Service!!!!!

Terrible Service. No Manager available to solve problems. They claim that they don't have supervisors or management in the call centre. Phoning them every week after week. Mail after mail. No reply from Management. They keep suspending our account that is paid up to date. Multichoice has the most terrible service we have ever experienced. Our phone account is sky high because of this.
