Terrible service

I have had a terrible service from the agents of Dstv. Firstly my dstv was been cut on the 13th of every month and i was paying on the 25th of every month clearly this was not a full month. Secondly when i phoned in they said i need to pay a proratar amount which i did and they still didn't reconnect it and gave me a run about with 5 different people i did even get sorted out the service is putrid and should employee people who are ctent for the job. I even had an agent telling me that the other agent is doing ********** business.
