Terrible service

I have been disconnected for no reason! I have been told that I must pay an amount which was outstanding which I have done. It’s been 24 hours and no one can reconnect me. I’ve called in 25 times, spoken to 3 managers who promise to resolve the problem and call me back but no one has done so!!!! Staff at the call Centre have got a no care attitude, they cut calls and keep you holding for hours
