TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I have been on the phone for the past 40 min for reconnection for a payment made on time. I spoke to Ntombi and waited on hold for more than 30 min until I cut off the call.......I then spoke to Jude and I wanted his manager and he said he is not available and he will call me back which never happened.. We pay soo much to dstv and they don't give service at all. I paid and my decoder is off.
