Terrible Service
I've been a client of Multi Choice for 34 years with multiple bouquets. Now I have an account query which I cannot get resolved since 2019, I can only deal with *********** call center agents. I want to speak to someone at management level because the call center agents go 'completely out of their way' to put you on hold for hours, they are unapproachable and unable to resolve my query. Obviously Multi Choice is not interested in retaining their customer base. Writing this review is now my last resort.
