TERRIBLE SERVICE

I have been trying to make a payment arrangement with the price lock department since 02/07/2019 and I have had no constructive help. I have sent numerous emails and tried the call centre but they also refuse to assist me. The price lock department does not even have a contact number. Terrible service from DSTV.
