Terrible service

I got back home from holiday only to find my services have been disconnected, called the call centre, was given a number to call as I'm a pricelock customer, called the number was told will escalate the query, to cut the long story short, I called again this morning only to be told my account is under ***** investigation, I was taken from pillar to post still not sorted out, all i want to know what ***** as I pay my account and have not received a call from them regarding this
