TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

Bad bad service!!!!! Incompent call center agents from Johannesburg Sibulele Sweli and Onica. I called at 20:45 an Sibulele put me on hold and eventually abandoned my call. I called again at 21:18 and after asking to speak to a manager or supervisor Onica told me they are in a meeting on a Sunday night. I've been sent back and forth, I've paid over a R1000 this month alone for a compact package and spent over R50 worth of airtime only to find out that my account was linked to 2 decoders. That was also absurd because I had upgraded to Explora 2 months ago.
