TERRIBLE SERVICE
Good Day Messr’s
I have had the WORST service received ever from MULTICHOICE.
This all started when my husband started making manual payments which we received Sms confirmation from you indicated that payment was received.
We encountered problems when the service was been suspended every second day and me keeps on talking to different Team Leaders and staff, that will also not taking into consideration the client been on the line from a cellphone and takes close to 15minutes to call a team leader, which is also not helpful. I would than explain the situation countless times and to no success.
Till to date last year dispute has still not been resolved, and yet I made arrangements to pay R1898.00 till the matter been resolved, however I could not keep to the said arrangements due to funerals they we had to take care off.
We went to our Bank in the second week of April 2018 on which a loan was approved for us, on which two of our accounts were to be settled, the bank consultant called in whilst we were there and spoke to a consultant and requested a settlement amount on which an amount of almost R6000.00 was given, however because it is a bank we had to wait till closing for the letter to surface from MULTICHOICE till to date…NOTHING.
I spoke to a gentleman named Sifiso and he indicated that the settlement letter would be send from finance department as he has escalated the matter to them, till to date NOTHING NO SETTLEMENT LETTER, AND MY SERVICE IS SUSPENDED.
I paid on the 08th May 2018 R1800.00 and emailed the proof through, on Monday getting home my service was suspended, I called in emailed again the proof of payment. Back restored. I got home last night 16th May 2018 service was suspended, I called in again AND I DISCOVERED THAT THE REFERENCE NUMBER WAS NOT USED INSTEAD WE USED OUR INITIAL AND SURNAME, AND I think personally if I did not bring this under the attention of the call Centre agent the matter would not have been identified.
Now my service has still not been restored dispite me paying the R1800.00 on the 08th May 2018, I am not satisfied with the service and the lack of telephone manners on some of the agents. Mr Lashen Naidu advise us last night he did received the payment of R1800.00 and will allocate it to our account and that our service would be restored to no avail. I am not HAPPY WITH THIS I did make payment and I did call in when we could not pay as a result of the Funerals that we had to take care of, NOW why are we penalized, and why are we not getting the SETTLEMENT LETTER THAT WE REQUESTED SO LONG AGO. Why the payment was not identified by FINANCE DEPARTMENT what is the PURPOSE OF SENDING PROOF OF PAYMENTS IF NOTHING IS BEEN DONE TOWARDS IT.
I would appreciate it should my service be RESTORED AND NOT TO MAKE EMPTY PROMISES TO US CLIENTS . MY CONTACT NUMBER ********** 953 MRS RYGARD
I AM PUBLISHING THIS ON HELLO PETER AND COPIES CARTE BLANCHE IN THE MATTER, THIS IS NOT SERVICE THAT WE ARE PAYING HARD EARNED MONEY.
Regards
