Terrible Service!!!!

<p>I have run out words to describe DSTV terrible service. I was on a DPP plan for R529 a month, which included my extra view on the secondary decoder. I called in weeks ago to upgrade to the premium package, the person that I spoke to, said it would now cost me 945 a month, and they would be a pro rata amount of about R200 and that an amount of about +- 1145 would be debited from my account. To my surprice, they debited R 1680 from my account, I have called and called serveral times to have this reversed, they kept coming with new stories. They now told me I have to pay R85 for the extra view which I didnt pay before. They still have not credited my account. I am sick and tired of this type of incompetency, and urgents that tells you different things everytime you call as if they not working for a same company. MULTICHOICE DONT CALL ME, DOWNGRADE MY PACKAGE BACK TO THE R529 COMPACT I WAS PAYING AND CREDIT MY ACCOUNT FOR THE MONEY YOU STOLE LAST MONTH!!!!</p>
