Terrible Service

I had taken out a DSTV internet and Compact streaming package for R699pm. DSTV is now charging me R968. When I logged onto my profile now it said balance to pay R552.59. I paid that amount and now it says the balance is R699. I don't understand why it is so difficult for them to just do something properly. Their service is so terrible. I have phoned multiple times and everyone was so unhelpful. Honestly I should just cancel and move to a better service provider.
