TERRIBLE SERVICE

We have the family package. Just a note: we only have the DSTV for almost a year now. We were not aware that the price is going up, as we received NO communication to state this. We paid our normal instalment like we always do at the beginning of each month. The 13th of April (yesterday) when we switched on the TV, the DSTV was off. I was already ****ed off, as we had no notification. We had to phone head office, to find out what is going on, up until now, not receiving a follow up call. We received an arrogant SMS, stating that seeing that we only paid R166 and not R179 as we should've: R12.60 short to be on the dot, our DSTV has been switched off. My questions: 1. Why did we not get a notification stating that the instalment is going up? 2. Why switch off our DSTV on the 13th (12 days after payment was made) without any notification? 3. Because of R12.60, you switch off the DSTV completely without sending us a message to ask why? Useless is not the word. 4. Up until today, we haven't received ONE magazine. DON'T tell me that we were supposed to know the price is going up, nor giving me a arrogant or predictable answer as all of us know the meaning of service.
