Terrible service

I have been calling the call center since last week Thursday with no help people from the call center and managers promise to call back with feedback but no one actually comes back to you. Ive spoken to 5 people but still my services are suspending and no one care call back.I have been on the line for over 1 hour with no help what so ever the service is beyond bad or terrible still awaiting feedbcak from Nandi Makhosi -Team Leader ***-I162 Nomsa Nonyane-assistance manager from Umhlanga call center and Siphesihle from mhlanga call center
