Terrible service

I have never ever ever in my whole life experienced what I have experienced today with multichoice showmax customer service agent Sharon. This lady needs to find another job. She is unwilling to assist me or have management contact me as she just stats they cannot help me. This is against the customer protection act. I will be taking things further
