Terrible Serice

Just paid for my data on dstv, upon making a payment, I realize that my data is not working. Decided to chat with them for assistance.. This was a biggest mistake I did, I was chatting to someone called Zikhona, she refused to give me a full name, ***********, confused, rude and disrespectful person I ever spoke to at DSTV.. she said she was helping, spent an hour or so with her but never got assisted, I ran to this platform as soon as she got done with her, I feel used and abused emotionally and I want to change this service provider so bad.. She says I must drive to a mall even when I tell her I'm supposed to be online working, people are waiting for me to connect and I can't. The mall is 25km from me.. I'm so angry and frustrated..
