Terrible sales person

I just received a call from this guy, I tell him I'm about to step into a meeting then he tells me he's gonna take 30 seconds, I hear him out then he tells me that I need to upgrade my decoder or else they will deduct R1200 at the end of the month. As I'm about to ask him what that money is for he hangs up on me. Like what kind of customer service is that??!
