Terrible protocols. Department of Health please review DSTV

DStv is putting people at risk at their walk in centre in Randburg, Jhb. People must sit in a tent for hours on end to be called into the building. So either get covid or you can't sort your issues out with DStv. Well done DStv. Hope the health department agrees with you Prishal Kathard ***

Beautiful generic response again, where is the customer services manager? Why cant they call me to ask how can you help. Do I go back a sit for 2 hours waiting and then leave again?
Be serious please, I wonder if DStv actually cares about customers or you don't want to actually help customers.
