Terrible policy & customer service

<p>Yesterday a lady that i'm staying with requested to change her dstv ownership to my name so that she can have an extra view. i gave her my ID number for that purpose. only to find out she change the payment date and the parkages of which i dont even have a cent on that date, meaning multichoice intentionally allows me to be in arrears. Nosihle said they can change my details any any given point if a stranger calls in & comfirm all my details, that policy needs to be reviewed as we'll end up with huge debts that we're not even aware of. now they cant change my parkage back to compact because someone confirmed all my details.</p>
