Terrible internet speeds!! Stay away!

Shocking internet speeds on the Fixed LTE package!!! There is ZERO support channel for fixed lte on your app or web site. The internet speeds on the Fixed LTE is so bad that I can do NOTHING! I have to work from home and I even plug the router into my UPS for load shedding but it doesn’t help, whether it’s load shedding or not. And I know it’s not a cell tower issue because I get perfect LTE signal on my cell phone SIM card during load shedding.

If this is not sorted out I will consider this a breach of contract on DSTV’s part
