Terrible Insurance

I had a problem with my explora decoder and after being on the phone for 20 mins i was told to go have my decoder tested as the box office and catch up functions has suddenly stopped working. So i went and had it tested. The lady testing it told me she will swop it as i have insurance no problem. Couldnt pin point the problem but agreed to to give me a new decoder as i pay insurance for this type of thing. Now thats all good, my issue is why didnt i get the box and remote with my "new" decoder surely it belongs to me. No... had to walk out with my "new" decoder without a box and remote. It ****es me off. I pay insurance for a reason. Why do they get to decide what parts i get? Its like having insurance on your car. Then being in accident and the car is written off and then they tell you: hang on your back tires and sparewheel is still good so when you receive your new car just fit your old cars tires to it. Its wrong! What do you do with all the remotes you keep? We paid for them through our insurance. Terrible. I have had insurance for 10 years this was my first claim in that 10 years. Guess what? I will be cancelling my insurance with dstv next week. Its a principle thing for me.
