Terrible Experience with DSTV
Month on month I am calling DSTV to find out why they are not debiting my account as per our contractual agreement. They (MultiChoice) then decided to cancel my pricelock plan demanding a full settlement of the account.
I have called them every month with no fail for them to resolve the issue with no satisfactory response and different responses from every call centre agent I speak to.
Terrible customer service - terrible experience EVER....

I've sent the signal to clear off the error message displayed. Please reboot the decoder by pulling out the power cable for five seconds. Replace the cable back and allow the decoder to scan. Once done, the decoder should be restored.
Hope you’ll find the information above helpful.
