Terrible experience
This it’s horrible and very annoying. DSTV just disconnects our package because of payment not reflecting. The worsening service I have ever received this morning to be kept on the line hold for half an hour and still no problem being fixed. Proof of payment sent and was given reference number ***0. Zero rating it’s what they deserve . Poor call centre manager.
