Terrible DSTV service

Terrible and inefficient service from dstv. I'm trying to get my package downgraded been directed to the app and then what's app none of which works. Pathetic, called the service center to be put on hold for half an hour only for the call to be cut. Your premium is not worth R800 and with the money you charge people we can't even get good customer service. Pathetic, do away with the what's app and phone app. You are trying to save money but it's **** and does not work. Very disappointed and frustrated. Pathetic
