Terrible Dstv and Showmax partnership ********** billing

DSTV has partnered with Showmax I registered for the service however could not use the application due to it not supporting playback on my LG TV. Never used the service, placed the cancelation 2 days later, still on the free trial. Today I was billed for showmax subscription. Totally not profession, can't get hold of anyone, email, call centre, can cancel using your Dstv app, nothing. It's like they will you and you can't do anything about it. Corporate white collar setup to make sure you pay for services you don't have don't want and can't use.
