Terrible customer service received

My fiance contacted dstv on the live chat .. as when she access the app it shows a pay now option for R289.. however just under that is a reconnect option.. if you select that option it's R249.. so she contacted.. the service received was atrocious.. she is told she is being difficult and the agent can't access the account.. so because of dstv she is being difficult? What kind of customer service is that ? I screenshot the entire chat.. please contact me as that is not on at all.. dstv is loosing customers day after day and you allow treatment like that to returning clients.. this is reason we dropped dstv in the first place.
