Terrible customer service

I ordered two LTE routers from multichoice on contract. The one router has never worked before yet i continued paying it in order for my viewing not to be interrupted. The second router stopped working 2 months after receiving it. I have subsequently refrained from making any payments to the account because of this issue as it is linked to my viewing packages. I have called numerous times and tried engaging with dstv on social media but my cries fall on deaf ears. Total ripoff
