Terrible customer service at AA

I am very disappointed with the service received from AA. Today my husband requested roadside assistance help from AA, and after waiting for 2 hours, they advised me that the call was cancelled. My Husband logged the call at 13:00, and received a reference number ***, and only received feedback from the team when we called them to ask. There is no proper communication from AA, and they leave their customers stranded on the roadside, as money is more important to them than their customers. AA is a *******, as we pay for a service, and they still wanted to charge us an additional R875 for opening a car, which will take them 2 minutes. AA needs to have a re-look at what they are charging the customers, and the quotes they received.
