Terrible Customer Service

I app**** for price lock , agent said i qualified on the phone then asked me for additional documents which i sent to them , I was advised they will debit my account the 25th but i have not received any EXPLORA delivered to me as promised? I called CC and was advised two days ago someone will call me as they cant transfer calls to them STILL NO CALL BACK
