Terrible Customer Service

I cancelled my DSTV - i was then contacted by DSTV retentions department to offer me a deal of R699 I called from Monday to Thursday and still no one has assisted me,I asked the CC agent if i can speak to a manager and she advised they are contracted out so there is no one that can take my call but she will send out an E mail > I also asked if I can be contacted for price lock of R959 since monday nobody called
