Terrible Customer Care

Awful and pathetic service is all that I have received from all the employees I've dealt with including your Hellopeter.com team who fail to deliver on a simple response.

Any customer would expect an agent to be on their side and apologize on behalf of your company when your service is at fault. They want to hear the agent say they’re sorry and acknowledge the inconvenience caused.

But this is quite the opposite of what the DStv customer services department is practicing.

the level of incompetence and lack of empathy conveyed is shocking to say the least, it is horrible and you don't care how you mess up people's ITC records because of your own inability to sort out your billing department.

Glad that you'll now dealt with the relevant authorities to answer to the appalling treatment I've been subjected to thus far!
