Terrible call centre agents - they just don't listen. Have been incorrectly charged after being assure I was cancelled

Worst call centre ever - They just don't listen to what I am saying - keep in interrupting me!!!!!!!!

Please listen to the call on Saturday 8 July between 13.00 and 13.10!!!

I had previously signed up for streaming so I could watch Comrades. Firstly, that was absolute nightmare to signup. I finally had to complain on Hello Peter for it to be resolve.

The plan was always only to have it for one month and then cancel after watching Comrades. I cancelled on-line, call into the call centre to confirm that the next month no money would come off my CC. I was assured that this was the case.

Guess what? Money went off today. So fine, I say, I will have it for one more month and call in to get them to cancel for the next month.

Then I spoke to an agent that just does not listen, they could not help me to cancel on the line. I got so frustrated that I just lost it with her. I screamed and shouted at her as she kept on interrupting me as she would not allow to explain what I was seeing on the screen.

PLEASE CANCEL MY DSTV AND REFUND ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will never sign up again with DSTV - even for the World Cup Rugby
