Terrible boxoffice service from multichoice!!

Multichoice! why do you keep deducting money from my account when i rent movies from your boxoffice and yet the movie never gets delivered?? This is the 3rd time now it’s happening, last tome your consultant said it had to do with the complex settings, i have moved complexes and still nothing from you guys!!
