Terribble service by DSTV

Aweful service by dstv! This is the second time i have the second complaint, i went on my dstv to view ay outstanding amount and make a payment. After I had made the payment. I called dstv because there was no reconnection spoke to a Lauren and she has been awaiting for feedback from her manager and the call was close to 2 hours.

i made a payment as prompted on the link and again it requested for an additional amount, mind you, on the 6th of January I had also paid.

with a negative NPS of 91% one would think dstv would be concerned of the service they are providing
