Terms and conditions not explained
When my contract was activated it was on the 12 of December, my contract runs from this day until the end of the the contract which should be this day. Multichoice have exploited our communities for years and our government has done nothing to stand up for its communities. Just like eskom who is depriving our communities of constant supply of electricity, dstv is doing the same to all sporting codes.
I can't believe that my contract now will only expire on the 24th day of December. After I was billed a pro rata amount.
I requested that the consultant provide me with the terms and conditions which was never explained to me and all she could say I must use my email address to request it from the document department.
Why couldnt she provide it right away while we were on the fone. I believe it is time to mobilize our communities against icasa and multichoice just like vodcom. But if they are found guilty then the amount should not be just 1 million rand it should 25% of their annual income.
I want multichoice to provide me with the recording when the contract was entered to.
Poor service, customer service was always so delight full when your account is up to date but today I realize we are all just numbers and we are not valued.
