Terminated account overdue
Hi Kindly advise why I keep on getting sms that i owe DSTV cause my account was cancelled/Terminated in 2016, Please rectify that as I am tired of contacting your contact center .

We confirm the account was reconnected in error after a system upgrade, because you had a credit balance in your account.
The credit on the account is R329.47, you can leave this amount as credit for future activations or alternatively if you want a refund send us a copy of your ID and confirmation of banking.
