Telling lies to keep you happy

DSTV are outright *****. I called them just over a week ago complaining about an installer. I told them I do not want them to send one of their accredited installers. The agent who deal with the installers advised me that he will get the area rep who deal with the installers to come out. They then called and said no we must contact the guy who did the installation. Blattant lies. They do not want to accept any responsibility or take any accountability. The worst service ever.
