Telesales Complaint
Dear Multichoice/ DSTV
I’m writing a formal complaint against one of your partners. I’m not sure who you’ve partnered with and what they are offering but they use these numbers +27 (11) ***, +27 (11) ***, +27 (11) ***.
I will not be shouted at and have the dropped on me for not being interested in whatever DSTV is offering.
I expect an apology's from the same person that called and hung up on me. Call was from +27 (11) ***, time of call 09:27.
Please urgently attend to this or I will cancel my subscription with DSTV.
