Tecnical problem
For the past few days your transmission for channel 132 has been so bad that you may as well block the channel. (George area). How is it that you do not know about this? Do you not monitor your service?

We were unable to get hold of you telephonically ***) from an *** number.
We do not have transmission technical issues on our side.
Press MENU on the MultiChoice RCU
1. Information Central
Most importantly the Signal Strength must be between 80% to 90%, Signal Quality must be 100%. If strength is low, we suggest that the installer be called.
When the Dish loses position from the satellite the decoder will continuously scan to receive the signal of which some channels will be affected.
You are kindly advised to do a hard reboot on your decoder. Please do the following to hard reboot your decoder:
· Switch your decoder off
· Pull out smartcard
· Un-plug the decoder from the main plug
· Wait for about 45 seconds to a minute
· Plug the decoder on the main plug
· Switch on the decoder
· Wait until insert smartcard message reflects on your TV screen
You can also reset your decoder by following bellow steps:
· Press Menu button
· Then Advanced Options
· Then Dish Installation
· Pin 9949
· Reset All to Factory defaults It is important to bear in mind that the signal can also be affected by the local weather at the place from where the signal is broadcast. We recommend that your installation be checked every few years as weather exposure and other factors can influence the quality of your installation and therefore impact your viewing.
