Technological query that makes no sense
I would like to understand how a date cant be changed for holiday viewing to be switched back to residential. I made a mistake by 1 day - it was only 3 hours between telling DSTV of a switch over date, to telling then I had made a mistake by a day! I cant believe that it cant be changed. Or its just too much trouble to actually change it!

19 Dec 2022, 12:53Someone called on Sunday to say he would definitely look into the matter. He understood my frustration and would get right back to me! Well its now Monday and not a single human has made contact. I really don't understand why companies have call centres if no one follows through. But I suppose it's what we can expect from our country!
