Technical Error Caused Cut-off before payment date

disappointing to find out that dstv compact was cut-off before the 30th Dec 2018 apparently due to a technical error according to customer support. Viewing did not resume immediately after the payment with added charge totaling R450. One must call them again and go through an unnecessary process just to have it viewing again.
