Tebogo from senior mgt speak lies

Tebogo from the CEO's office has not resolved my complaints from April. Always says he will call me back but does not do so. Make promises and do not keep to it. It seems all the management as even i spoke to Shanel about my complaint and she had no courtesy to follow up. they always apologize and will investigate and get back but they do not. They do not care about their customers. Their customer service is pathetic. Why be in senior position when you only think of your pocket and not customer service. Treat customers with dignity and respect.
