Team leader still has no called me back

I have had an issue with my acc since Oct, each time before i make a payment i call in and ask for the amount to be paid and go make a payment. This month i was told i owe over 1000 becoz ive been short paying on my acc. I had to hold for 25min for a team leader Nokwanda to explain my issue. Last week she promised to call me back on monday once she has had time to listen to my last 2 calls i made to the call centre. She still hasnt called no wonder dstv is loosing client yo service horrible!
