Teach your consultants how to do their work

<p>So,</p> <p>I make a simple request to your agent to kindly change the debit date for me and he doesnt.</p> <p>I try to downgrade the package, they cant downgrade it because he didnt do whaf I asked.</p> <p>Then you guys decide to charge me a pro rata after your consultant said I can reconnect my package with the amount Ive already paid.</p> <p>Only to find out that I must now repay another amount for the same thing that couldve been prevented by that stupid agent of yours for changing the debit date.</p> <p> </p> <p>I only pay this shvt for the sake of my mom who stays at home . Otherwise my package at my house is currently not operating and hers would also be off.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please dont bother contacting me as you guys are just pathetic. </p> <p>All you know is to repeat shows and **** people. </p> <p>Bunch of blood suckers!</p>
