TCR
i cancelled my DSTV Subscription in 2018, it was through debit order, now to my surprise lately i've been receiving calls from the people called TCR telling me that i owe multichoice an amount of R259.45. I honestly don't understand how exactly do i owe Multichoice anything when my account was debited and had to call and cancel my subscription fro them to stop debiting my account.

The outstanding balance of R 259.45 is for the period where the services were active from 2019-01-27 until 2019-02-08.

13 Sept 2021, 13:27that's not true i called in cancelled the subscription myself in 2018 after multichoice in Durban failed to assist with my dish that had a problem. i then cancelled the subscription because there was no need for me to pay for something that was not working. i called in to cancel and it was cancelled and there was never a debit order afterwards. i honestly don't know what you are talking about. please tell your people to stop calling me telling about a debt that was never there or better yet fix your system because clearly there's a mistake.
